Synopsis:
SMU Ivory Keys, SMU's resident piano ensemble, presents Chapter I of our 2-part free online concert series From Struggle to Victory at youtu.be/QHn15lbq_Tg.
Journey with us as we take you through the whirlwinds of our COVID-19 experience through 45 minutes of piano music and intimate conversations between members discussing youth-centric issues on how COVID-19 has impacted their daily lives in Singapore. Works such as Clara Schumann's Romanze in G Minor, Alan Silvestri's Avengers' Main Theme, and Chopin's Etude in A Flat Major will be showcased.
This concert is a supporter of the SMU Resilience Fund which aims to assist SMU students who have been impacted by economic hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
