    Join Chef Shih from Palate Sensations as she shares the history of bak zhang (dumplings) and demonstrates the making and art of wrapping this delicacy, which is usually eaten during Duan Wu Jie. The first 20 viewers who provide all correct answers to the quiz at the end will win a set of 3 zhangs* (Hokkien, Nyonya, and Kee with gula melaka dip) delivered fresh to their homes.
