Synopsis:

Presented by Temasek, the biennial TGSR is about discovery and collaboration — discovery of Singapore's rich music heritage and the collaboration between established artists and the next generation of aspiring young local talents to create original 'Made-in-Singapore' songs.

In its second season, TGSR offers 10 music talents the opportunity to be guided by five established artists in creating 10 new original songs. These songs will be inspired by mashups of distinct tunes, voted by the public, from five iconic eras of Singapore's history and five modern music genres.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Step 1: Create a video of yourself performing a song. You should introduce yourself in the first 30 seconds of the video, sharing your name, artist personas (if any), and a brief musical/general background on yourself and why you want to take part in TGSR Season 2. Video submissions should be between 2-3 minutes in duration.

Step 2: Upload a video on a video streaming platform like YouTube or Vimeo. Make sure to make your video link public.

Step 3: Go to the official TGSR website and submit your video by filling in the form.
