Synopsis:

SMU Arts Festival 2019 opens with Tales from the Garden, an outdoor extravaganza featuring live performances and visual artworks celebrating Singapore's heritage and greenery. Catch sizzling performances on the main stage by SMU Chamber Choir, percussion ensemble SMU Samba Masala, and hip-hop dance troupe SMU Eurhythmix, involving beneficiaries from the community.

Enjoy showcases by SMU Caderas Latinas, SMU Stereometa, and SMU SoundFoundry. Share an Instagram moment with our walkabout historical figures such as Sir Stamford Raffles and Elizabeth Choy. And end the night with home-grown guest artistes MICappella and Sezairi. Satisfy your taste buds with floral cocktails and unique treats wonderfully inspired by plants and ingredients that can be found in Armenian Street, Singapore's first Botanic Gardens.
