Dive into a thousand years of traditional Asian music, dance, and drama with performances, workshops, and evening concerts at the Asian Civilisations Museum, as we celebrate 50 years of friendship with Indonesia in the month of June!
Feel the rhythm of traditional Javanese percussion or be mesmerised by Wayang Sandosa, a modern form of Indonesian shadow puppetry showcasing Cupu Manik Astagina, an excerpt from the Ramayana. Spend the evening with friends and family chillin' at a pop concert with local talents from Singapore and Indonesia at the Empress Lawn, and join special workshops by local craftsmen or Balinese dancers.
