Synopsis:
When Raqqa was invaded by ISIS in 2013, a group of anonymous activists started to document the atrocities in their hometown and publicly shared them with the world under the banner Raqqa Is Being Slaughtered Silently. As they face the realities of life undercover, on the run, in exile – they risk everything, even their lives, to stand up against one of the greatest evils in the world today. With astonishing, deeply personal access, this is their story.
