A Gentle & Creative Movement Workshop for Seniors
"Hopscotch" Like the Immortals is a creative movement workshop specially designed for seniors interested in dance to explore expressive movement at a safe and comfortable pace.
Inspired by the legend of the Eight Immortals and traditional festival dances like the masked Nuo dance, this workshop transforms ancient rhythms into simple, fun, and easy-to-follow steps. A unique "hopscotch" pattern on the floor will serve as your creative guide for gentle and steady footwork — absolutely no jumping or leaping required!
This is the perfect opportunity to try out dance, experience new ways to move to a rhythm, and meet new friends interested in dance.
