Synopsis:
This workshop is recommended for Social/Community Workers, Arts Educators, Theatre Practitioners and anyone who would like to know how to use Forum Theatre techniques in their works.

Attend this workshop if…
…you want to learn to analyse issues that affect you and try out different strategies to deal with them, cultivate self-reflectivity as well as develop an active outlook towards dealing with problems in life.

Or

…wants to learn how you can create a dialogical and transformative experience with your clients, which stimulates interactive learning and allows your clients to become critical thinkers as well as active learners.

Forum Theatre is…
… originated from “Theatre of the Oppressed”, established by Brazilian theatre master Augusto Boal.

The most distinct feature of Forum Theatre is that it turns passive spectators to become proactive “spect-actors” by allowing them onstage to replace actors and change the outcome of a play.
